How it works

Four steps, up to four weeks

An expert stays with you from the first call to the final decision.

  1. Week 1

    Free discovery call

    Share your goals and environment, and we'll help you pick a package. This call doesn't use your hours.

  2. Week 1–2

    Prepare and kick off

    Sort out access, permissions and any security or vendor paperwork, then agree on the plan.

  3. Week 2–3

    Deploy and run the 3-day check

    Install GRT with our help. It then collects readiness data inside your environment for 3 days.

  4. Week 3–4

    Review and decide

    Go through the findings with an expert and agree on your next steps. Optional, but the most valuable part.

GRT runs on your systems and keeps its data there. Our experts guide you without needing to receive or store your assessment data.
